Kaz Toupin-Yoga Instructor

Join Kaz Toupin at 67 Beech Drive, Suffolk Park for flowing, vinyasa style yoga. This can be a challenging style of yoga which links together static postures with strength and stretch movements. Even though this style may seem challenging, there is always a starting point for the absolute beginner.
Each of us are encouraged to look within to find where we are and what we need for the day. Our approach to our practice should be met with an ease and flow with the breath, not a harsh, tiring workout. In Kaz's classes, each student is given individual attention and encouraged to pay attention to limitations and stretch very slowly beyond them. There are often advanced students and beginners in the same classes.

Kaz has been teaching for over ten years in Australia, Asia and Canada. She is a senior instructor with Yoga Arts Teacher Trainings, and is well known for her warm approach to students, her sensitive yet strong adjusting skills and reminding students to find self love by remaining still through movement.

Jan has completed her coaching accreditation with the International Coach U University and is an accredited Myers Briggs (MBTI), LSI and OCI Practitioner. These are well-established and highly validated inventories and assessment tools used to assist people in understanding their personality traits and thinking styles. Once you have gained insight into how you operate, then you can move into acceptance and change.
Once you have experienced a session with Jan she will provide you with a clear practical action plan that will assist you to continue new healthy habits and awareness’s.

Gary (Gaz) Morgan-surf instuctor/Style Surfing Byron Bay

Gaz Morgan has surfed and windsurfed in Byron Bay most of his life. He lives on Tallow Beach where he gets wet on most days. “Surfing in Byron Bay is perfect as we have both sides of Cape Byron to look for waves. Tallow Beach is fast and sometimes furious, where the Bay is small & sweet to have a go."
Gaz has been instructing surfing since 1983 & he & his team of instructors are the BEST in the Bay. They have been hand picked and are all local surfers who have grown up surfing in the area. Our team of instructors are the most experienced watermen; patient, fun, safe and informative. They will help you in the surf with every wave you go for.

Hilary Ruby Borget-personal chef

HILARY is a seasoned culinary professional with over 20 years of experience ranging from high end restaurants to catering to her current profession as a personal chef. She has a highly visible clientele in the entertainment industry. A native New Yorker, she trained at some of the City's hottest restaurants before becoming the Executive Chef at 'Nick & Toni's' near Lincoln Center for five years.
After Sept. 11 th, 2001 she left the all consuming restaurant world to become a personal chef, seeking a better quality of life and finding it much more fulfilling. Working between New York City, the Hampton's and the elite ski town of Telluride, Colorado where she was based, she has been providing her services to an impressive list of clients for many years.
Hilary now is relocating to Byron Bay after a three year wait from when she was on holiday and instantly feel in love with the country and specifically the Byron Bay area. “I was literally brought to tears by the sights and smells of the local produce at the markets and the general quality of food here, not to mention the lifestyle. I immediately filed to become a resident. It seems the ideal place for me to follow my desire for a fit and healthy fulfilling life. Fitness has always been important to me as well as a healthy diet. I have always preferred to use fresh regional ingredients when I cook for myself as well as for my clients, and I thrive on creating menus to suit each one individually.”
